This property is an ideal space for a fun filled family holiday in North Norfolk and is in an ideal location for exploring the area on foot, by car or bus at any time of the year. The Coasthopper bus route runs at the bottom of the driveway, so perfectly situated to explore the splendour of the whole coastline. The building was originally used to keep horses and carriages in the early 1900's, until a local builder converted 1 Layland's Yard into a family home in the 1980's. All original features were kept, which has maintained the character of this beautiful property including it's gorgeous old oak beams. The property offers two private parking spaces which is a huge bonus for Wells-Next-The-Sea!
